distressing news in nearby Terrace Bay, where children were under attack
by dogs, Sylvain didn't hesitate. Racing to the scene, he confronted the
aggressive animals, shielding the children from harm's way.
With unwavering determination, Sylvain risked his
own safety to rescue the injured youngsters, his courage shining bright
